Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, Yoni Shakti Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training
I am a yoga teacher in Satyananda Yoga and Womb Yoga, and I teach at Infinite Yoga Malma¶ in the south of Sweden. I'm passionate about and specialized in teaching pregnancy yoga, where I find I the practise of yoga to be so very useful. Gentle, yet strenghtening sequences of postures, breathing techniques, Yoga Nidra deep relaxation and meditations to connect with your own inner space and your baby, are elementary in my classes, and since I completed the Womb Yoga Pregnancy yoga teacher training in september 2016 and the Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training spring 2018, I am very inspired by all the beautiful and powerful practises from Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's Womb Yoga in all my classes.
