Juanita Ahuehuetzin Montoya, LMT, SpBCPE, BFW Mentor, BA Cultural Anthropology, Owner of the Rhythm Within Juanita Ahuehuetzin Montoya is a womb massage and traditional birthworker.  Juanitas work is highly infused by her indigenous upbringing and her firm commitment to birth justice.  Juanita understands the importance of integrating the spiritual self with evidence-based science that often reflects and confirms ancestral knowledge.  Her passion to level the playing flied for all birthing people constantly has her searching for tools that can make this a reality.  The teachings from Umas Well Women Womb Yoga is one of the many tools that Juanita uses to remind birthing individuals of the innate wisdom carried by their wombs.  As a traditional birthworker Juanita has supported hundreds of families as they navigate their labor, birth and postpartum journeys, both as a birthworker/doula, childbirth educator and traditional postpartum mothering the mother caregiver.  When Juanita is not seeing clients she enjoy gardening, dancing and spending time with her four children. the.rhythm.within.you@gmail.com
