I am fascinated by how yoga helps to alleviate all kinds of health conditions, particularly those related to stress, fatigue and chronic pain. Learning with Uma and other teachers such as Angela Farmer helped me to find a more rounded, feminine, multi-dimensional way of practising yoga which I feel suits women’s bodies better than more rigid styles of yoga practice. My three-year, 500+ hour, teacher training with the Inner Yoga Trust (certified by the British Wheel of Yoga) was completed in 2006 and I have since completed extensive study in Yoga Therapy (Yoga Biomedical Trust; Yoga Campus); Hanna Somatics and Anatomy in Motion. I also run specialised courses for Lower Back Pain. My classes are gentle and suitable for everyone who would like to slow down their practice to go on an inward journey… great gems await you! 🙂 The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or flexibility.
