Safe for beginners, kids, and those with special needs. If you are a beginner; if you are experienced but short on time; if you are stressed; if you want to slip into relaxation effortlessly; if you want to get back into practice; if you want to build up to longer and deeper nidras, this is for you. You can even do this one sitting up! Growing up in beautiful southern India, I learned the first steps of yoga as a child from my grandfather, a disciple of Swami Sivananda Saraswati. I’m an initiated yogini, teacher of hatha yoga, and founder of a yoga non-profit that creates service projects for women, children, and those with special needs. I have over 14 years of study and practice and have been teaching for over 11.
