I’m a wonderer and a wanderer. My lust for life and secret drive to walk on the wild(ish) side have taken me to various places around the world in the past few years, from living in Morocco where my yoga journey started, to Bali where I did my first yoga teacher training. I’m a dreamer, a lover, and someone who doesn’t like being bossed around.
My life mission to evoke compassion in all of us for all of us is finally taking form in the shape of Wild Thing | yoga with heart.
What inspires my classes? Everything from my wonderful teachers, my students, all my past travels and experiences, growing pains and failures to all my joys and loves. I can’t say I’ll demonstrate the fanciest Instagram yoga pose or that I won’t get confused between lefts and rights, knees and elbows, but if my class makes you feel something—anything—or just gives you the time and space you need to sit with yourself and know that at least for that little while, you’re okay, my mission will be accomplished.
