A firm believer that yoga is for everyone, I enjoy teaching beginner to intermediate students and guiding them towards a practice best suited to their unique needs and constitutions. This is how I became interested in Uma’s work and modifying yoga practices to honour the female form. I have a strong background in Fascia anatomy and Eastern psychology through my training with Jo Avison and Alex Filmer-Lorch (Inside Meditation) and currently enjoy teaching gentle vinyasa flow yoga classes that combine movement and meditation as well as beginners courses and workshops at Yotopia in central London (Covent Garden). I also provide tailored private yoga instruction upon request. Beyond teaching, I am a certified Health Coach and work with people to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle over 6-12 month programmes, covering nutrition, stress management, and movement/exercise. I blog and send out a monthly newsletter covering all of these topics through my online presence as TheKateWay. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and love shining the light for others on the tools for well-being that have turned my life around.
