Lauren is a certified 500-hour Yoga and Level-3 Mat Pilates teacher, with specialist training in Pregnancy Yoga, Womens Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Lauren aims to help students connect back to their bodies and hearts through movement, meditation and personal development. She teaches weekly classes, corporate classes and private sessions, and holds regular Women’s Circles and workshops in London. Laurens teaching places special attention on alignment and use of breath, and helping students adjust poses and exercises to their bodies, rather than the other way around “ classes are accessible to all levels, and private sessions are tailored to each students individual needs. She views movement as a way to keep the body healthy and the mind calm, and likes to infuse humour in her teaching. Lauren aims to help students discover their own feelings, strengths, capabilities and intuition, encouraging them to find their own expression and understanding of self through the various modalities that she uses.
