About me:
I live in Lørenskog, just outside Oslo (Norway) and I started my yoga journey in 2001. The yoga mat for me is a place where I gradually get to know myself better, it has changed my life and added many different tools that I use daily. When I meet Yoga Nidra, I immediately felt in love with this healing practice. I have a passion for movement and to hold space for rest and relaxation. For me it is a privilege to teach Yoga and I regularly teach a yoga class with Yoga Nidra at BeYoga Studio in Lørenskog (https://www.beyoga.no/).
