Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)
Linda is a former women's NGO leader and a social work teacher in Hong Kong devoted to women's rights work, and a learner of mindful/non-violent communication practices. She enjoys Eight Brocades. After completing her Yoga Nidra Facilitation training course with the Yoga Nidra Network in April 2026, Linda regularly offers yoga nidra online journeys and retreats, mostly in Cantonese for participants from Hong Kong and the UK.
