I am deeply passionate about helping women connect to their true nature through Yoga. I believe that the technological age, being immensely busy in our lives and having many responsibilities are just a few of the reasons we can become disconnected with our bodies, our cycles and our deeper selves. A nourishing intuitive yoga practice where attention moves through the breath and the sensations in the body, coupled with relaxation and meditation, can bring us back home to ourselves.
I attended The Well Woman Yoga Therapy training, am a pre and postnatal yoga teacher and completed my 200hr YTT in classical Hatha Yoga. I am based and teach In Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
