Lou is a native of Dublin and has been teaching in the city for 10 years, a graduate of The Life Centre in London. Lou first trained in prenatal yoga with Uma in 2005, and in the years that followed she has completed trainings in postnatal and womb yoga. Uma and the amazing work she does has been a huge influence in Lou's life as a woman, mother and yoga teacher. Lou also teaches Active birth workshops to expectant couples. She is the proud Mum of two wonderful kids, a doula and nutritional therapist.
