I teach classes for women to help better get into their body. To demystify yoga, to make it more approachable for all women, for all bodies. Whether your goal is to find some relief from period pain, to create fertile ground from which to birth new life or new ideas, to birth a new you, to navigate the choppy waters of perimenopause or if you've sailed into the calmer seas of menopause and are ready to step into your own power, then I have something very special to share with you.
