Menchu Hernandez

Menchu's classes and workshops offer a space for self- exploration (mindfully experiencing the body in all its layers), connection (integrating both within and without) and healing (letting prāṇa/qa¬ flow) with a therapeutic intention running through her sessions. She teaches her posture-based classes from a functional point of view, honouring each student's unique bodies and needs. Regardless of the style being taught, Menchus sessions are always inclusive, practical, informative, lively and caring. Menchu is a qualified and experienced Trainer as well as a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She is certified in the following yoga styles: Nidra, Restorative, YÄ«n, Qa¬gōng for Yoga Teachers, Teens, Ante and Postnatal, Womens Health/Womb, Ashtanga Primary Series and Laughter Yoga. Her current practice integrates Qa¬gōng, YÄ«n Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Laughter Yoga, which all combined brings her spaciousness, playfulness and lightness.
