Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)
Maria is a yoga teacher based in Surrey. She specialises in teaching Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga as well as guiding Yoga Nidra. She initially guided short Yoga Nidras as part of weekly classes but the positive feedback she received from her students as well as the benefits she experienced herself, led her to investigate the practice more deeply. She was delighted to discover the Yoga Nidra Network and completed her Total Yoga Nidra Teacher and Facilitator Training in 2016. As well as still including short Yoga Nidras as part of her weekly classes and her beginner’s yoga courses, she also runs regular Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshops as well as Yoga Nidra with Singing Bowl accompaniment to celebrate the four main festivals of the wheel of the year. When Maria isn’t teaching yoga, she spends much of her time outdoors, whether working in nature in either her garden or allotment or just spending time outdoors observing nature. She encourages an awareness of nature and ourselves as nature in any of the practices she guides.
