Nicola has been working as a complimentary therapist for over 12 years, specialising in craniosacral therapy and therapeutic massage. She is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions and has worked frequently with conditions such as back pain, whiplash, stress, anxiety, depression, M.E. and trauma She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is currently training as a yoga teacher with yogacampus. She is very interested in yoga therapy and has studied restorative yoga and is currently studying yoga nidra. She works in small groups teaching restorative yoga and yoga nidra, to people suffering from stress and anxiety. She is amazed at the healing tools that yoga offers and is keen to integrate them and teach them to others.
