Yoga Nidra is a potent medicine in my self healing practice and I am passionate about sharing this gift with others.
I started practicing Yoga Nidra during a couple of years of severely disrupted sleep. After a year of practicing three times daily for a year I trained as a facilitator with the Yoga Nidra Network in 2019.
I have also trained in Well Women Yoga Therapy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Sivani Mata, The Voice of the Sacred Feminine with Peruquois, energy work and heart healing with a number of teachers.
My practice and offerings are rooted in both a deep love for and longing for the feminine, and my journey with spirit has revolved around this since before I knew how to name it.
The Yoga Nidra practices I offer are permissive and informal, with the intention to facilitate connection to the natural, whole, wild self.
I am currently offering Virtual Women’s Yoga Circles with Yoga Nidra and other nourishing practices every Sunday 11:00am CET
