I am Spanish-Canadian, of Irish and Andalusian origin, and after many years in Canada and the UK, I now live in southern Spain, in the small city of Jerez de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz. I have trained in Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Yoga Nidra (Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training and I-Rest Teacher Training Level 1). I work as a humanistic-transpersonal counsellor and lead meditation courses and Yoga Nidra sessions.
