Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)

iRest felt like coming home to me. I’ve been a seeker for most of my life and have tried a lot of different things. While they’ve all been helpful none of them have been ultimately satisfying. iRest provided me with a transformational personal and spiritual path. I now know a deep unchanging equanimity and joy. iRest Yoga Nidra meditation has made me into a finder.
Since 2007, I have studied exclusively with Dr. Miller and am a certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher with the Integrative Restoration Institute (www.iRest.us). I have taught with and assisted Dr. Miller in retreats and trainings and have attended many 10-day silent retreats. I am also a certified professional Kripalu yoga teacher. I am passionate about these profound teachings and dedicated to bringing them into the world.
iRest is a path of deep relaxation, psychological and emotional healing, and finally Awakening to True Nature. These profound teachings and practices offer greater resiliency and spontaneity and help you heal traumas and reconnect with your Spirit. iRest has been researched and shown to be effective in alleviating anxiety and depression, as well as in the treatment of trauma, chronic pain and chemical dependency. It is approved as a Tier 1 treatment for PTSD by the U.S. Surgeon General.
“In the end, we realize how simple life is when we accept this moment, just as it is, without pretending to be other than who we are. This is grace in action and the culmination of iRest.”  ~ Richard Miller, PhD

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
