Raegan Robinson

Raegan is a Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher ( E-RYT 500, RPYT, RCYT, YACEP ) and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner from SoundEmbrace Institute. She shares her work through a Body Positive, Trauma Informed lens. After many years of practice, Raegan began teaching yoga in 2015. She believes in yoga’s ability to restore and balance more than simply the body. Raegan focuses on creating space and supporting students through restorative modalities like yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, and restorative yoga. She truly believes in this type of self-care as a way to provide renewal within ourselves. Raegan currently teaches online and in-person classes that range from kids to seniors. She holds additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Mudras, Chair Yoga, Nada Yoga (Mantra & Sound), and the IPATH Method. She is also a LoveYourBrain Yoga Instructor (Yoga for TBI), LoveYourBrain Mindset Facilitator, Accessible Yoga Ambassador, and a Certified Crystal and Reiki Practitioner.
