I offer one to one yoga therapy teaching and small group classes, focusing on the relationship of the body and mind for optimum well-being.
Originally from Spain, I moved to London to qualify as a yoga therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust and trained in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Baby yoga with Uma. My approach is informed by my studies in psychology (Health Psychology MSc), leading to additional training in Yoga for PTSD at the Boston Trauma Center and work with The Minded Institute.
Having gained so much from attending retreats over the years, I now run my own in beautiful northern Spain.
My other great love is art and I am currently completing a Fine Arts MA in London.
