Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)

My name is Rashna Tjikhoeri. I am founder of Rashna coaching en training.
My search for inner peace brought me to the practice of Yoga Nidra. The experience of stillness and the merging with my inner self made me continue to practice Yoga Nidra.
Nowadays I give (online) Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation classes and (Teacher) Trainings in the Netherlands (Gouda). Awareness and fully experiencing life is the mission that I want to convey to my students.
I have been trained in the Satyananda Saraswati style of Yoga Nidra and have also followed various other Yoga Nidra trainings. Including an in-depth Yoga Nidra training under the guidance of Nirlipta Tuli from Yoga Nidra Network.
