I am a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher and Kids Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and completed my Advanced 500 hour teacher training in Ardnahoo Yoga School, Leitrim in September 2016. Teachers with whom I have studied include Noeleen Tyrell, Jaye Martin, Jayendra Hanley, Noah Maze (the Maze Method), Kathryn Budig, Sarah Lo of Insight Yoga (Yin), Mindfulness/ Meditation and Chinese Medicine with Josh Summers (Summers School of Yin Yoga), Deirdre O’Connor (Deep Sleep Clinic), Yoga for Menopause with Niamh Daly (Yinstinct Yoga), Rachel Land of Tiffany Cruikshank’s Yoga Medicine. Saoirse is a fully qualified Yoga Nidra facilitator (Sleep Yoga) having trained with Nirlipta Tuli and Dr. Uma Dinsmore Tuli of YNN.
My diverse practice has evolved over the last 25 years with experience in a wide range of Yogic disciplines including: Hatha,  Anusara, Yin,  Mindfulness,  Myofascial Release, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Restoratives and Acroyoga
