Hi! I teach Well Woman yoga in Burland, near Nantwich, and starting in Feb 2020 in Cotebrook, near Tarporley.
My Well Woman classes are very restorative, allowing time for rest (a radical act in a sleep deprived society that prizes ‘busy-ness’!), bringing cyclical awareness (menstrual, moon and seasonal) to the forefront so you can honour your energy levels and bringing in all 5 bodies (physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and divine) rather than turning yoga into an exercise work out.
We move gently, respecting and listening to our bodies.
I also teach Hatha and Yin Yoga and co-run Nantwich Women’s Circle with Jess.
