I run weekly Womb Yoga classes in West Cork, and regular Women's retreats , Yoga days etc around Ireland and beyond..and love to collaborate with other creative and inspiring teachers.
I also teach Yoga Nidra and restorative Yoga.
Since 2014 I have been involved in a project that I initiated with a small NGO, bringing Yoga to refugees from Syria and Iraq. We provide training, womens Yoga , classes ,and are currently working on a trauma sensitive Yoga protocol for vounteer Yoga teachers.
