Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)
I have been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and qualified as a teacher in 2008 with FRYOG (Friends of Yoga International), a Yoga Alliance RYS200 diploma course. Yoga Nidra had such a profound effect in my own personal practice that I decided to learn to teach and have been successfully introducing classes and private therapeutic Yoga Nidra in my local area for the last 3 years.
