Shuntao came to the UK from China over 10 years ago, she found her love for yoga in London and completed her 200hrs RYT qualification in the beautiful Alpujarras mountains in Spain. She is passionate about yoga nidra, the blissful experience and profound benefits it brings.

She offers accessible yoga to everyone, including total beginners. Her class helps people slow down and find the body and mind connection.

Her typical class is slow vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and body connection as well as alignment. She also offers 5-10 min nidra at the end of the class.
