America clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) training in yoga therapy at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam, recently certified by the Yoga Nidra Network for yoga nidra. I am completing case studies in pursuit of IAYT certification. I find yoga nidra to be very useful in the context of yoga therapy. As a psychologist, I have extra training in treatment of trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, psychological assessment and neurodiversity.
