Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)

I am a queer-identified, non-binary (pronouns they/them) practitioner of yoga and mindfulness supporting people as they navigate critical moments in their life, leadership, career and health. I am committed to examining the ways I do and don’t contribute to collective wellbeing in the world. Collaborative Motion was born out of this. We are passionate about the growth, wellbeing and effectiveness of professionals of all body types and from all walks of life. We believe that this happens best when supported by a holistic approach offering practical tools that support clients in increasing their health, wellbeing and connecting to their own inner wisdom and resources. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and celebrate each person for who they are and meet them where they are.

In my work I combine my extensive background in organization leadership, coaching and facilitation with a lifetime of immersion in spiritual traditions to be of service to others. In 2013, I rediscovered yoga in 2013 as a powerful set of practices which have contributed greatly to my personal and spiritual growth as well as quite practical to my wellness – playing a key role in recovery from injuries, quitting smoking, relieving insomnia, and managing stress and anxiety. Yoga Nidra and Vipassana meditation are central elements in my daily practice.

In supporting others, I take a whole-person approach and draw from an integrated toolkit of science-backed practices including (positive) psychology, accessible and trauma-sensitive yoga, yoga Nidra, Buddhist psychology and mindfulness.

Available for online sessions including holistic coaching, custom yoga Nidra and therapeutic yoga.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
