Sue trained in the Sivananda style with Swami Govindananda in India in 2007 and completed further training in the Satyananda style in 2015. She completed specialised training for Pregnancy and Postnatal Mother & Baby classes with YogaCampus and Yoga Nidra training with both Satyananda and YogaCampus. Sue teaches in the comfort of her studio at her home in Hove and also in South London. Her classical yoga and pregnancy yoga classes conclude with Yoga Nidra. Further info on www.suestockwell.co.uk
