Susan is a friendly and welcoming yoga teacher, based in Woking in Surrey, teaching Yoga,  Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra at various venues and locations. The yoga Susan teaches is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis and all body types, shapes and abilities are welcome. For a fun, enjoyable and restorative session that challenges both your body and mind then join Susan in one of her classes! Susan runs a pregnancy yoga class on a Monday night at 7-8pm between Woking / Guildford. ˜Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed the hot yoga class yesterday morning!
