Susanne is a registered yoga and massage practitioner. She is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher, Vinyasa yoga teacher and Thai Massage and Chavutti Massage practitioner. Susanne has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has a happy career in dance and bodywork that spans over 20 years already. She works as a choreographer, dance and yoga teacher in a wide range of contexts; at conservatoires and in higher education as much as in community settings and in dance/yoga centres. “I discovered Yoga Nidra 7 years ago and was very excited to study and become a teacher with Uma and Nirlipta in 2012. Of the many bodywork trainings I have encountered this is one of the most powerful practices for relaxation and transformation.
