I am a London-based yoga teacher with a passion for helping people transform their lives through the practice of yoga.
My aim is to provide you with a welcoming space where you can consciously connect with your growing baby and your intuitive body wisdom.
My practice, and the one I share with my students, aims to reconnect us to being truly integrated in life and all it has to offer.
Each session offers movement, pranayama sound, and meditation/ guided relaxation to support your ever changing body and prepare you mentally as well as physically for birth and motherhood.
The session will leave you feeling more nourished, strong, embodied, rested and connected to yourself and your baby as well as to other mothers-to-be.
