Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network), Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training
I am an independent teacher, not affiliated to any organisation. My passion is to share the  ancient philosophies and benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda to help others to find peace of mind and well being in a holistic way in the modern world. To enhance this experience I offer retreats, in depth workshops and individual private and therapeutic sessions, lifestyle advice, therapeutic massage and whole food cookery.   As well as traditional Yoga and Ayurveda I offer female inspired and empowering practices and teachings. I share the practices which I myself practise and of which I have personal experience. Practices offered are varied, adapted for the individual and the group and range from traditional Yoga to Well Woman and Yoga therapy styles as well as Yoga Nidra. In my sharing of everything I offer I aim to be realistic about life and its challenges and therefore may share some of my own life experiences in order to illustrate how Yoga can help you to overcome the difficulties and challenges which we can all face on a daily basis. I incorporate Yoga and Ayurveda myself as part of my everyday life. I love to practise and fully embrace creativity, fluidity and holistic approaches using the physical as well as philosophical aspects of these ancient arts.   I was a trained nurse for many years before completing Yoga teacher training with the Devon School of Yoga. I have been teaching since 2008.  I have since completed additional training in Yoga Therapy, Yoni Shakti Well Woman (womb) Yoga and Yoga Nidra as well as being an Ayurvedic massage therapist. I have a particular interest in working therapeutically with people with health conditions, specifically fibromyalgia and ME. I am a Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network Registered teacher and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. My passion is to share the ancient philosophies and benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda to help others to find peace of mind and well being in a holistic way in the modern world. To enhance this experience I offer retreats, weekly classes, in depth workshops and individual private and therapeutic sessions as well as lifestyle advice and therapeutic massage. My focus is on the psychological as well as the physical effects of Yoga, using this therapeutically within Yoga classes or on a one to one basis.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
