I live and work in West Limerick in Southern Ireland I am passionate about women and have spent most of my life in the discovery of the power of the Feminine as a nurse, midwife, midwife lactation consultant, massage therapist, reflexologist ,Birth Doula and Yoga teacher and what a joy it was to find Uma and Womb yoga in 2013 .Practising and teaching in this way has been a revolution. I now combine teaching  Womb yoga and painting the Divine Feminine having trained a Facilitator of The Art of Allowing with Flora Aube ...
