Zoe is based in Dublin. She graduated from the Bihar Satyananda School of Yoga in Bihar, India in 2003 and has taught in Dublin and elsewhere since then. She recently trained in pregnancy and postnatal yoga with Uma and is very much enjoying the new perspective on yoga that this has brought!
