I literally discovered Yoga Nidra and I fell in love with it. Since then, I deepened into my yoga journey, which has been becoming the journey “back home to myself”.

Through Yoga Nidra I’ve been learning to sincerely listen, to reveal to myself when I was naturally at home.

Yoga Nidra is magic and its “magical” power resonances with the one of each of us, and I believe the more we practice it, the more we blossom our own “magical” power.
