Iain has an interest in yoga which can be used in daily life, not just on the mat.
He has been practicing yoga since 2000 and has been teaching since 2011.
Yoga Nidra has been a huge part of Iain’s yoga journey and was what initially drew him to practice.
Iain has membership with Yoga Australia.
He is also a Registered Nurse, who has been working in NSW Health since 1988.
General classes, are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
