Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)

Nameste Everyone!
I’m Tania a yoga and meditation teacher living in Altea, Spain. I’m originally from London but moved to Spain a few years ago. I first learnt yoga Nidra over 10 years ago when volunteering in the Satyananda Ashram in Australia. Yoga Nidra has been a key part of my regular practice since then and I used this technique multiple times a week, for rest and self healing.
I run a weekly outdoor class which combines yoga nidra, meditation techniques and pranayama. It is one of my favorite classes to teach. Where I live in Spain is nestled between the Mediterranean sea and the Valencian mountains, so alot of my yoga nidra’s take inspiration from the natural world around me. I hope you enjoy them.
