Bridging a scientific background with meditation, depth psychology, breath, and bodywork, I have spent the last thirty years developing the necessary skills to provide fellow humans with the means to explore their personal reality as they regain their natural sense of balance and well-being.
I hold an MA in Consciousness Studies, E-RYT and C-IAYT certifications, and have had over 500 hours of formal training and certification in the Amrit, iRest, Bihar, and Himalayan methods of yoga nidra. Oh, and Total Yoga Nidra, of course. I have also had formal education in Korean Zen Buddhism and rebirthing breathwork, in addition to countless hours of hardcore meditation practice plus a lifetime of self-inquiry, self-reflection, and self-discovery.
